Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible via info@clipr.nl. As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days by PostNL.

Are there shipping costs?
Orders from €50.00 are shipped for free. Below that, you pay €4.95 in shipping costs.

Use our Selection Guide to find the perfect clipper based on the coat type and size of your dog.

How do I maintain my clipper?
Clean the blades after each use with the included brush and oil them regularly. Store the clipper in a dry place.

Can I return a product?
