Clipr.nl respects your privacy and processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we process?

Name, address, email address, and phone number for processing and delivering your order.
Company name and VAT number for business orders (for correct VAT handling).
Payment details: these are processed exclusively by our payment provider Mollie. We do not store card or account details.
Email address for our newsletter, only if you sign up for it. You can always unsubscribe with one click.

Why do we process this data?

To fulfill your order, inform you about the status of your order, handle warranty and returns, and comply with our legal administrative and tax obligations.

How long do we store data?

We store order data and invoices for seven years in accordance with the statutory retention period. Other data is not stored longer than necessary.

With whom do we share data?

Only with parties necessary to complete your order: our payment provider (Mollie), our carrier (PostNL), and our logistics/fulfillment partner. We never sell your data to third parties.

Security

Our website operates entirely via a secure connection (SSL/TLS). Access to personal data is limited to employees who need it for their work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can object to processing. To do so, send an email to info@clipr.nl. We will respond within 30 days.

Automatic country selection in the checkout

To make your order as smooth as possible, we automatically suggest a delivery country in the checkout based on your approximate location. We derive this location from the country that our content network (Cloudflare) sends with your visit, based on your IP address. We do not store your IP address for this purpose and only save the country code (e.g., NL or SE) in your own browser, so that your choice is retained for future visits.

This is merely a suggestion: you can always change the country yourself via the Delivery country field at the top of the checkout or in your address in My Account. Once you choose a country yourself, automatic detection will no longer be used. Do you want to clear the saved country selection? Then delete the site data (cookies and local storage) for clipr.nl in your browser settings.
